Ed Schrank, DSC, MPT, ECS

Ed SchranckDr. Schrank is a Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience with the US Navy and is a Clinical Specialist for Rapid Rehabilitation. He has received recognition by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) as an Electrophysiologic Certified Specialist (ECS). He received his advanced doctorate (DSc) in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Profession (2004) in Clinical Electrophysiology. He holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Baylor University (1992), Master of Computer Science from University of W. Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University (1983). He is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University where he teaches a variety of courses and administers the Human Performance Laboratory. He is active in the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently the test item coordinator for the Clinical Electrophysiology National Board Examination. He is an accomplished teacher and researcher with numerous publications. He enjoys running, waterskiing, golf and spending time with his family of accomplished runners.
